Leslie Barry

I'm a Native Texan with an open perspective on people's behaviors. Having lived the first 21 years of my life in a small East Texas town, I had no idea that people thought, behaved or acted differently than what I was accustomed to in my little part of the world. It wasn't until January of my 22nd year of life when I moved to upstate NY, one of the most culturally opposite states from my upbringing, that I really began to experience living from an expanded viewpoint.

In my vast existence on this earth, I've had the distinct opportunity to appreciate diverse societies. Through my experience living in Germany, traveling throughout Europe became as normal as traveling throughout the U.S. I became ever more curious about how people hold true to their choices in living on this planet. I became an Energy Leadership Coach to help others explore their awareness and the responsibility of owning their awareness… meaning, what are you doing to live in your awareness? How are you OWNING awareness?   

Graduated college with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and worked in corporate settings, mostly start-up and small to mid-size organizations, primarily in Med Device, Biotech and IT companies.

For over 20 years I worked in Corporate America in my role of Human Resources where I managed, directed and led people services and consulted managers, leaders and executives on the importance of leadership and culture setting.
